  • Isolated API Keys: All integrations use client-specific, isolated API keys.

  • Zero Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • Access Controls: Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, cloud infrastructure providers). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. Agent interaction data is purged within 30 days of subscription cancellation unless otherwise agreed.
